Frequently

Asked Questions!

On Location Services

What is the booking fee for?
The booking fee is $300. Your non-refundable booking fee secures your wedding date and allows us to begin planning for your day. It covers the time spent communicating, creating your bridal timeline, coordinating your services, booking trials, managing your reservation, and completing all of the behind-the-scenes planning that takes place before your wedding. Because these services begin immediately after booking, the booking fee is non-refundable.
How far do you travel, and how much is the travel fee?
As far as you would like us to travel! The travel fee is based on the mileage to your event location and back. A base fee of $100 is added to the total.Example: $100 + 7 miles + 7 miles = $114.00.
Do you offer a trial?
Absolutely! Because we serve a large number of brides each year, we reserve bridal trials exclusively for contracted brides. This ensures we can dedicate our time and availability to couples who have officially booked with us.We typically recommend scheduling your trial 3–4 months before your wedding day. Be sure to bring your veil, hair accessories, and any lipsticks or makeup products you would like to incorporate into your final look.
Is there a minimum for on-site wedding services, and do you offer more than one or two stylists or artists?

You can also style every aspect of this content in the module Design settings and even Yes. We require a minimum of five services for on-site wedding bookings. If your party has fewer than five services but requires an additional stylist due to a condensed timeline or scheduling needs, we are happy to accommodate when availability allows. In these cases, a $200 additional stylist fee will apply. This fee helps offset the time reserved for your wedding, as assigning another stylist means we are unable to accept another wedding booking that day.

How long do you stay on the morning of the wedding?
We stay as long as it takes to complete all contracted services!
How should the bridal party arrive on the morning of the wedding?
Please have the bride and bridal party arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time with clean, completely dry hair and fresh, makeup-free faces, unless otherwise discussed.Hair that is still damp or wet requires additional drying and styling time. If a full blowout is needed, it will be charged as a separate service because it requires additional appointment time within the schedule.

Why are my wedding hair and makeup appointment times set in advance?
Your wedding hair and makeup schedule is carefully planned to ensure everything runs smoothly. Because our bridal services are performed by staff members who also work within the salon, we must accommodate our regular salon guests before and after wedding appointments. For this reason, there is typically little flexibility to adjust appointment times as your wedding day approaches. We ask that your final schedule be confirmed in advance so we can provide you with the best possible experience. If you anticipate scheduling changes, please let us know, and we will do our best to help.
Can I stay in the bridal suite after my hair and makeup are finished?
Absolutely! You are welcome to stay in the bridal suite after your services are complete to get dressed, relax, and enjoy the morning with your bridal party. If you would like us to stay for getting-ready photos or assist with your veil, final touch-ups, or lipstick application, please let us know ahead of time. We are happy to accommodate this with advance planning so we can build it into your wedding-day timeline.
Can we bring food to the bridal suite on the morning of the wedding?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and snacks to enjoy while getting ready. We also partner with a wonderful local small business, Zummo’s Café, which offers a coffee and breakfast menu. If you would rather have everything delivered, we are happy to provide their menu so you can place an order and enjoy a stress-free wedding morning.
